As a watchdog for children and young people’s health services the charity ensures that standards are safeguarded, maintained and improved. ACTION FOR SICK CHILDREN believe that family focused environments, as well as excellent health care services, are critical in aiding recovery. ACTION FOR SICK CHILDREN works in partnership with health care professionals and providers to encourage the involvement of children, young people, families and their carers in the development of their health care services in order that the health care delivered is appropriate to their unique needs and specific priorities.
