The theatre is situated in the town centre and shares its distinctive red brick building with the library. The theatre is located on the 2nd floor of the building, which is served by a passenger lift.
There is a well-lit pay and display car park to the rear of the theatre which is free after 6pm. There are also 4 designated disabled parking bays with drop curbs in Lake Street, immediately outside the main entrance.

The upstairs box office is open for 45 minutes before an evening performance.
Tickets can be paid for by a Credit or Debit card. Tickets can be posted out at a charge of 65p or retained at the Box Office for collection.
