Anxiety - Child & Adolescent Emotional Wellbeing Programme
In this session we will focus on anxiety and panic to enable you to find ways to support the children and young people in your life. We will cover both signs and symptoms, as well as strategies to help manage these difficulties.
The sessions are available to parents and carers of children and young people who are registered with a Bedfordshire or Luton GP. You do NOT need to be open to CAMHS or CHUMS to access these.
